marketplace issue regarding a purchase

now this is a pretty old issue i've been notified to contact for right about now. i have purchased a minecraft in-game item for a server and it hasn't gone through. i paid the money, it has been taken from my account, the receipt is there but the product isn't listed as purchased. if needed proof please ask me: the server isn't bothered to solve it as they told me they were gonna tell the mojang support team to contact me but haven't and i am still not receiving my product.
