BDS-2506Unable to log into Microsoft account via Minecraft PS4
It won’t allow me to sign into my Microsoft account on Minecraft PS4. I have it on the latest update, and the only form of error message I get is “We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft Account, but something went wrong.” This has made it impossible to cross play.

Hi Jeremy, I'm so sorry that this was resolved accidentally! I am one of the developers on the authentication team. Can you please provide us with the following info. to help us debug your account?
- PSN account name
- Gamertag (if you have linked your PSN and Xbox Live accounts)
- Approximate day and time when you observed the issue
- Frequency (does this happen every time you try to sign in, or only sometimes?)
- Have you signed in successfully before on your Playstation? If you have a friend with a different Playstation console, are you able to sign in on their console?
- If you have linked your Xbox Live account and PSN, can you sign in with this account on a non-PS4 device (e.g. in Xbox App on iPhone/Android/Win10)
- Video of what you are seeing
