Lost progress

Hi! I just had an issue with some saved progress. I normally play on my Xbox one console and made so much progress and wanted to show my brother. I logged on to his Xbox one with my account and jumped back into the game and noticed all the progress I made was gone and it was as if the past two days didn't happen. So I come home and log into my console to see if it was just maybe my console that it was saved in and it did keep some of my recent progress, but very little and I was wondering if there was a way of just getting my progress from yesterday (December 19th 2019). If not possible I understand. Thank you for your time.
