Are you able to provide any more information regarding your issue? From what you're said here I don't fully understand your issue and haven't been able to reproduce anything.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
