BDS-2329Minecraft not running on IOS
Hello,
Minecraft will not load after selecting "Create new world". The only time this will work is if I switch from Wi-Fi to Mobile 4G internet. Minecraft has been uninstalled and reinstalled. Login to xbox app on IOS does work. Latest version has been installed from IOS Appstore.
Minecraft on IOS is extremely unstable and buggy and we have been unable to play Minecraft on IOS using normal WiFi. Can you please outline how I can get a refund for both minecraft on IOS and any purchases on the minecraft marketplace?
