BDS-2323when I put 2 portal blocks together they disappear

I found this bug when I was making my minecraft map, when I used the fill command of the portal block it disappeared, then I grabbed the portal block, what happened is that it appeared well when there was only one and when I put another together the two disappeared.This bug happens in the version 1.14 official
