Animals keep disappearing

I've noticed over the past couple of days every time I log on I have less and less cows and sheep I keep disappearing out of their pens at first I thought it was my niece pussy never logged on chicken seem to stay in their pens all the time though but everything else seems to disappear..... Never use to happen before or on beta
