[BDS-2240] Blast Furnace will not accept Coal as Fuel

Environment

PS4 1.99 Version with recent update. Blast furnace will not work with Coal, Lava or any other source. Broke Furnace and relocated attempted again same result.

Update: Works with Ores, just does not work with Sand as it did in the previous PS4 version. Likely part of new design.
