Confirming that on Win10 kelp is not growing in the 1.14 update

Yes! In Win10 of Bedrock is my Kelp-farm death. No Kelps, it no longer grows. This ist the second farm (after my flower-farm) which is destroyed. Is this the bug-update?

Since 1.14 update kelp has stopped growing. It does not grow with bonemeal. Tried breaking and replanting the farm; kelp grew sporadically but once broken didn't grow back. Hopefully this bug will get some attention from admin soon.

Strange that no one has taken ownership of this yet because the hotfix didn't do anything to correct this (what I consider) major issue.  I also noticed the very few kelp that are growing at all are growing to at least three blocks higher than they did previously.

i have also noticed the same problem on win 10. i had an amazing kelp farm that would grow to max height before i ever needed to harvest it. now i have noticed that some will grow while 75% of the plants remain at 1 block height. the ones that do grow are a little taller than previous.

Come on, Devs! At least give us a nod on this. What is the future of kelp?
