[BDS-2102] Account Issues

Environment

So i forgot my security question cuz i made them a long time ago and didnt think it would matter at all, i also dont know the password to my mail because its my stepdads mail that dont live with us anymore and i dont have contact with him. I dont have access to do anything other then playing on it, and i would like to change my skin and have full access to my account.

Idk where i could get help with this so i tried here, if this was the wrong place please help me find the right place to go to. And if u know anything that i can maybe try please tell!!!

However, this issue is Invalid.

You will need to get the transaction ID to recover your account. Linked in that article are ways to get your transaction ID without the having access to the email
