Frozen 2 says to push the button on the door as the second quest in the tutorial. It doesn’t do anything to let us in the castle. Please advise

Resolution: Unresolved → Invalid
We're trying to play this world and since yesterday all the "magic" has gone, it's just a plain Minecraft world. Maps have vanishes too. My daughter is going NUTS!!!
