BDS-20047Mobs grieifing blocks and items not separate
Not exactly a bug, but I'd like to point out that Allays becoming useless when mob grieifing is turned off isn't good. Same with breeding villagers. Please consider doing what you did with bed/respawn anchor and TNT explosions being separate options and make these separate as well.

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, Featured Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform/device are you using?
