[BDS-20042] Poorly optimized server for addons

When using add-ons on servers it becomes very laggy, the server becomes slow with little processing, this occurs when there are more than 11 players, the server supports more than 50 players but when using add-ons it becomes extremely laggy with 12 players, we do not want to use plugins but add-ons.
