The multiplayer option on setting is completely blocked off

The "Multiplayer Game" option can only be edited when you are not in the world. If you leave the world, open the world settings, and go to the "Multiplayer" tab, is the option still grayed out?

Not anymore no. It must have been because of a troubleshooting step I did? I checked there before but i think it was blocked off. I just checked the settings in the actual world instead of in the settings in the menu after I did one of the steps.
