High Processing usage
Since Minecraft 1.21.44 there has been excessive processing used in world generation for servers. The world isn't caching already generated chunks, so when you travel back to a previously generated chuck it loads it from archive. This issue didn't exist prior to the 1.21.44 update. It has knocked a 30 player server to below 8 players, because of chuck load instability.
