BDS-1981Mobs do not spawn during rain or thunder.
Every time it rains or is a thunder storm, I go out to explore to find creepers to try and make a charged creeper with my channeling trident, which should work for both normal rain and thunder storms but that's a different topic. And I never seem to be able to find them. At all. I find this quite infuriating due to the inability to both find or create a charged creeper outside of creative mode.
Environment
No matter what, hostile mobs do not spawn during both rain and thunderstorms.
