Can't get "Super Sonic" Achievement

I have been trying to get the "Super Sonic" Achievement on Bedrock Survival. No matter what method, the game does not register me completely it. Despite me meeting the requirements. Is this a flaw in the code or what cause I am stumped. Here is some additional information is this helps: I play on a survival world with one other person, it is not a realm. I play on a Xbox Series S. I have also been able to achieve other achievements besides this one.
