I'm not sure what the issue workflow here is, but it seems that moving an issue to "Resolved" status before it's actually resolved might be a bad practice.
The person who moved it to that status said that replying would re-open the ticket, but it hasn't. I'm not sure anyone is seeing my replies, and the issue appears to be untracked now.

Resolution: Unresolved → Invalid
You are right, I've made mistake, the ticket
BDS-19112should be resolved differently. I'll fix that.
