Infinite downloading texture pack when im trying to join a server called linesia.

1 week ago. I was playing this server called linesia. But the server was lagging So they Switched To a more powerfull server. And when they did it, it started. When im trying to join the server ( on my Nintendo switch and my phone ) the pack that we need to download stuck at 0. And when im trying to join without the pack it just does " locating.server "... I need help
