In the newly generated village, there is no definition of+adult or+baby in the NBT of the foolish villagers. Using this NBT to regenerate this villager will cause the BDS server to crash.
After I manually add the+adult definition, I tried to regenerate this villager, BDS will not crash.
I am writing a plugin to capture creatures, making it easy for players to move villagers.
But this issue caused the server to crash.

Could you please provide more details?
We don't know what you mean by regenerate vilagers".
What have you been using to edit NBT and with what method?
Have you tried to follow the same steps on a local world to see if the title would also crash after editing the tags and if the NBT tags for villagers in the newly generated village were any different? (if applicable)
Also we will need whole script you've made.
As such we have no repro of this issue or we are not able to fully understand your problem.
