Game is stuck at connecting to external server

Can you please verify if this issue occur with new world in BDS? Can you connect to server in "Servers" tab?

Can you verify that making new BDS world solve your issue? You can make a copy of your currect world, delete whats inside "worlds" folder and start Server. Do you use any resource/behavior packs or any experiments on that world?

I can join the BDS that I have created but I cannot join the ones which are made by other and I can no longer join any server like hive it's seems,
I cannot go to the mob vote server either

U can see the video I can no longer join any server ;(

Yes I have uninstalled it and tried but can't connect still

I've noticed you're using mobile data to connect. Is it possible to see if this will work on Wi-fi connection? 
Can you see if turning "Allow mobile data for online play" on in Settings > General would fix the issue?
