BDS-1875no sun, moon, or clouds in sky

I've been having this issue for a few months now (prior to the current patch) where there is no sun, moon, or clouds in the sky. Day cycle is normal, as are weather cycles. The only indication that it will soon be night is the sky turning orange.
I'm playing on xbox one and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and done a hard reset on my console. Neither of these have resolved the issue.
