BDS-18741Typing an apostrophe on a sign or book breaks the text
THIS IS AN ISSUE WITH REALMS. I had it set for Realms, but Jira.defaulted it to BDS.
If I type an apostrophe or quotation mark on a sign or in a book, the text before the punctuation disappears, one character at a time for each character I type after the punctuation. I'm playing 1.20.30.

Apple iOS 16.6.1 on an iPad Pro 10.5 inch
