Similar to this issue:
Occurs every 3 or 4 times when entering or exiting Nether. Gets stuck on Building Terrain, can hear sounds, never comes unstuck or never loads. Need to restart.
Obvious troubleshooting completed. Reinstalls, dumping cache, etc. Happens on Xbox and PC.

Does it only occur on BDS or it can be reproduced on local worlds as well?
