BDS-18626Move lock-in slot
It turns out that if you select a block while your hotbar is full, you can forcibly move items even if your main hand is locked.

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, Featured Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform/device are you using?
