Some servers that upgrade directly from 1.19.60 to 1.20.0 require a long time (15 minutes or more) to enter, rather than the previous few seconds(BDS)

Can you describe your update process? For example Downloading new server, unpacking it and copying it to old server directory or copying world/allowlist/properties from old server into new one.
