BDS-18504Bonemeal on underwater blocks issue
Bonemeal won't grow any underwater plants when being used even in warm ocean (coral reef)
Instead, it only emits green particles like bonemealing something.
Environment
The bug happens on servers and singeplayer worlds, happens when experimental setting is on and without experimental.
