Trying to fix LevelDB world causing world errors

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Corrupt world via playing with 1-3 players and force close BDS program until Trying to fix message appear
2. Look in the Level folder/db and sort by changed date
3. If you didn't see infinity creating ldb files with 2+- mb size go to first step

Observed Results:
After server loaded, server creating infinitly garbage ldb files with +-2mb size

Expected Results:

After server loaded, server doesn't increase the weight of the world by 2-4 times.

I can send you corrupted world. To investigate it.
