[BDS-1829] Redstone bug

Hi, I want to ask when will you fix the redstone in pocket edition, it works so bad, you want to build a machine with pistons and observers for example and in java works perfectly, but here bugs a lot, please make the redstone working in bedrock as efficient as java.

is so want bedrock redstone to be changed to java redstone its broken in 1.18.0. its random and lags really bad
