Minecraft Java And Bedrock Parity

I own a Realm on Minecraft Bedrock and I have mob griefing off but I need to have snow golems produce snow and I need villager breeding. I only turned of grieing for the creepers but then I saw that Java has /gamerule creeperblockdamage false and I think adding that to Bedrock would make it a lot easier.
