Blue axolotl command not working?

I was playing in a realm on Bedrock with a few friends, and while building my home, I decided I wanted to spawn some blue axolotls. Upon trying the usual command (/spawn axolotl ~ ~ ~ minecraft:entity_born) nothing spawned, and it said there was an error. I tried the command several different times, adding and removing spaces as well as capital and lowercase letters, and then tried the Java command just in case maybe that would work, but still nothing. I've done the command before, so I know it worked before, but why isn't it working now? I play on Xbox One.
