Chat Not Working For All Players [Non-Issue, Please Disregard!]

After updating my BDS to 1.19.70, all players (including myself) are unable to chat. When sending a message in chat, the message simply disappears after pressing enter/send. Commands (including /say) ARE working. However, regular chat does not.

Double checked server.properties, and "chat-restriction" is set to "none". Using the "say" command in the server console does work. Tried stopping and restarting the server a few times, and still ending up with the same issue.

EDIT: This turned out to be an error caused by an outdated Behavior Pack. Please disregard!
