BDS-1814Repeating command blocks work when they shouldn't.
A repeating command block with a set tick delay will execute its command more times than it's supposed to.
For example :
/summon [entity] ~ ~ ~ will make it summon 2 and some times 3 entities when it's supposed to summon 1.
