[BDS-18077] The position does not change during teleportation

When teleporting to any place, it will seem to you that you have teleported, but in fact, you are standing still, chunks will not be loaded and you will not be able to put blocks if you have flown further than teleportation.

Does this issue occur only on Bedrock Dedicated Server or it can be reproduced on local worlds/Realms?

Yes, the problem is only in Bedrock Dedicated Server
