BDS-18038Can’t log in to cubcraft
I can’t log in to cubcraft. Just getting the message.
“Error while downloading packs from server. Please try again.”
Been in contact with Minecraft support
- * Open Minecraft, go to Settings
- Under Global Resources, disable any packs you may have installed, other than the default "Minecraft Texture Pack"
- Then, under Storage, click the "Clear Marketplace Cache" option, and go through the "World Templates", "Worlds", "Resourace Packs" and "Cached Data" options, and delete anything relating to the Hive server.
- Restart the game.
- I have delete everything in world templates, resource packs and cached data.
But when I restart Minecraft and ps4 again everything is back??
help please

However, this issue is Invalid.
Unfortunately we don't accept issues related to Featured Servers here on the bug tracker, but please add more details if you think this also affects multiplayer over BDS, Realms, LAN, or XBL.
I'd suggest contacting the server owner directly or seeking help on the Minecraft forums.
