BDS-1791Just bought minecraft for first time for son on iPad 4 and it won't open
i don't even know what minecraft is so bear with me!
My son asked me to download the app onto his iPad 4. I downloaded it and the money has come out of my account. However when he clicks on it to open it, it comes up saying mojang, then screen goes white, then it crabs he's and goes back to home page.
i have tried restarting iPad, rebooting iPad, deleting and reinstalling app and have checked my operating system is up to date. None of this has made any difference.
Please could you advise a very confused mother with a very disappointed 5 year old?!
