BDS-1789left anf button sometimes not clickable in xiaomi redmi note 8

THE LEFT AND JUMP BUTTON SOMETIMES ( or FREQUENTLY) is not clickable.
ps. im using xiaomi redmi note 8 and I think the problem is the screen resolution it's just my guess.
