BDS-17810When turning on RTX everything black
The recent bug fix update told the night sky being bright was fixed, upon opening a world and using a RTX pack for some weird reason everything is turning black,

Affect version:1.19.41
Environment
os: Win 11 basic
bedrock edition: 1.19.41
Acer Aspire 5 with Intel i5 12th gen and RTX 2050
