Axolots arent spawning nowhere in the world.

This is really messed up as lush caves spawn in the game and the rest of the mobs spawn except axolotls. I wasted 5 hours on this. then went on spectator mode to see if there are any naturally spawned axolotls, there were not even 1. messed up bug. restarted the Microsoft store after a reset didn't do anything and deleted the game and re-downloaded didn't work. does this mean my world is corrupted or something?{}

IF contacted I am happy to give a world copy but this is madness.
