Packet Level Sound Event Exploit

This isn't a new thing; it's actually been possible for a long time now. As its just been brought to my attention i have been informed about an exploit with this packet. Since clients can send this packet to the server, it makes it possible for hackers to send a packet to play any sound they want and spam everyone on the server with a sound. Its being exploited on all servers and annoying players making the game less enjoyable.
