Can't exit notification

The most recent update on minecraft bedrock broke my game. The past week(s) or so, there was a new update to make recourse packs run better on minecraft. The update was approx 1.69gb of storage for an update (wow). When I logged on the game the turn on screen reader notification came up. I clicked no. Nothing happend. I clicked yes, still nothing. I pressed every button on my controller, still... nothing. I un installed the game 3 times and re installed. NOTHING. I reset my console twice ofc nothing. So basically minecraft is unplayable.
