Previous update issues

Hello,

There was an update on Minecraft bedrock on my series S the other day. After this update I'm trying to play on a world I am now encountered an issue where structure blocks will not change parameters and not operate properly. I am not able to save or load any previous structures prior to the update on this world. Along with typing in commands, I am unable to submit any basic commands. This is a creative world with active cheats. Ive tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, the issue continues
