Game crashes when using Nether Portals

In the last couple days, I've been having some major issues navigating around my world. When I load my game, I'm in the Overworld, standing in front of the End portal. I died in the End but have a bed/spawn set right outside of the End portal; in order to get my stuff from atop my Enderman farm in the End, I need to go back to my base to grab a stack of blocks; I can enter through the Overworld portal into the Nether, however, when I enter the portal to my base (via the Nether), my game immediately crashes ("The software was closed because an error occurred."). 

I created a copy of my game to test things out and my game repeatedly crashes even there. Of the 4 nether portals I have IN the nether, 3 of them crash my game and the only one that seems to work is connected to the Deep Dark which is thousands of blocks away from my base.

I've ensure my game is updated to the current version and I've also verified that my Switch system is up to date.
