problems connecting to peoples worlds

Does this issue occur only on Bedrock Dedicated Server or it can be reproduced on local worlds multiplayer/Realms? What platform are you using?

I can connect to servers like Hive and my friend ,his brother and cousin can join my world and we can all play together on hive . We have had one problem where he could not connect to my world but the next day it worked again . People can mostly connect to my world but I can not connect to theirs .We are all playing on PC (windows 11 ) and in the latest version of Minecraft 1.19.21

I can always join a dedicated server but cannot connect to a friends world

No , I play from my house ,he plays from his house and his cousin plays from his house . We all are doing n different wifi networks

Were there any changes to server.properties? Were there any other user of network where server is hosted when issue occured? Does it occur after updating to 1.19.22?
