A way of giving any item/duping any item

Exploiters have found a way to give items with NBT and dupe items using this method you can replicate the duping/giving of items. from research into this matter, I have found how most hackers will duplicate items, it uses the inventory_transaction packet (0x1E) from what i can understand the exploiters send the server information as to them placing the item they would like to give themselves into the crafting slots in their inventory, then place it in the inventory I have attached the packet that they use. inventory_transaction.txt

This has become a growing issue on realms that run BDS as well as many BDS server owners as the economy can be ruined by an exploiter giving netherite etc.inventory_transaction.txt
