i am trying to connect to a friend world and it keep on saying connection time out un able to connect to world
and i try it on phone friend's can connect to my world and i can connect to them on phone

Does this issue occur only on Bedrock Dedicated Server or it can be reproduced on local worlds/Realms?

I see this too. Only affects the Dedicated Server. Local worlds and realms are fine. Started happening with 1.19.20
It happening when 1.19.20 came out
