Unable to use keyboard

I have a realm and I can't use my keyboard. This issue occurs on both my Nintendo switch and my PS4 all consoles are up to date on 1.19 and console system updates. Any time I type on a sign the sign is blank, any time I write a book the book is blank once complete even if I sign it, any time I use an anvil the item is renamed #######. I tried naming a shulker box for organization, got the ######. I combined two enchanted books, got the #######. I used an enchanted book on an elytra, got the ######. Even got dirt blocks and tried writing hi, same result. A friend used their account on the exact same realm and had none of the issues, this leads me to believe I'm banned from writing on my own server but I was never warned and nothing I wrote was banned as far as I'm aware. There was an issue with my user name at one point, I use SassyXan (a reference to my middle name aleXANder and my disposition on being sassy, not a reference to contraband) on all platforms but was rejected by Microsoft likely only account of them seeing it as a reference to controlled substances. I ended up going with XanTheSassy, how that didn't trigger the same algorithm as SassyXan is beyond me. I have tried to leave gifts for friends signed Xan and rejected but I stopped trying and just sign Xander and had no issue until I tried writing Cyan. 

If I can't combined enchanted books and I can't use enchanted books on items the game is essentially unplayable, even if it's just ###### for every item i try to enchant it's unenjoyable and the fact is I was not warned of any such in game text violations. Why does this appear to only target my account? And I'm the realm owner so I know I wasn't reported by anyone either. I'm paying for the realm and it's becoming unplayable or at the very least I enjoyable.
