Mobs not dropping XP or Items

All mobs have stopped dropping experience points and item drops.

0This includes mobs I have farmed such as cows, chickens, and sheep as well as mobs that spawn such as skeletons, creepers, and zombies.

0Sheep still drop wool when clipped but nothing when killed.

Mob loot is enabled in settings. 

0I am playing version v.19.10

Nevermind. Somehow it get switched for only one saved file.
