[BDS-17299] Villagers will always turn into fisherman, despite no bucket on the server

i tried to erridicate every bucket there is in our base but even after that, they always want to be fisherman

i give them only lecterns infront of them (trading hall build) but they wont become librarians.

dont know what to do

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, Featured Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform/device are you using?

Its only happening on a dedicated server in multiplayer. Its a bedrock server that i use on pc.
