BDS-17209I CANT EQUIP SKINS
Irritating.. I've been a long time customer and bought this game for many of my friends and family members although I will stop supporting if said issue is not resolved. This is not only been an issue for me but for many other people using this game. I hope you're able to fix it in a quick and effective manner

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, Featured Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform/device are you using?
